2. Secretariat of the Science and Technology Committee

The organizing committee has established a Technology Selection Working Group to serve as the Secretariat of the Science and Technology Committee. The Secretariat is responsible for the formulation of the technology selection plan, publicity and promotion, formal review of application materials, and recommendation of some selection materials.
